Terms & Conditions of Use & Purchase
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website (www.inkanatural.com): the information, the sale of our products and your relationship with INKANATURA WORLD PERU EXPORT (a company registered in Lima - Peru). Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under law. By ordering our products, you signify your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
When you place an order to purchase a product from us through the inkanatural web site, you will be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and setting out the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product, which is accepted by us when we send you an e-mail Confirmation. That acceptance will be completed at the time we send the Confirmation E-mail. Any products on the same order which have not been confirmed on the Confirmation E-mail as having been dispatched do not form part of that contract.
INKANATURAL items are usually dispatched within the same day (for orders received before 14.00pm) or within 24 hours. You should expect a delivery time from 4 to 6 weeks to any Foreign Country.
We can only guarantee the dispatching by sending a “tracking code”, after leaving our country it is handled by your national post service. You could ask them for your order with the tracking code.
Payment and prices
We'll send you an invoice/ delivery note setting out the cost of your purchase we have supplied, together with the total cost of postage and packaging if applicable. Our prices and charges are shown on the Website.
We accept as payments:
- Credit card: you can pay with your credit/debit card from any country, whether using our bank system or the paypal system.
- Bank transfers: We also accept bank transfers to our Spanish or French account.
Limitations to information given

Events beyond our reasonable control
We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control including but not limited to any statutory changes or rulings by any act or customs authority affecting the customs duty payable by you. This condition does not affect your legal rights .
Cancellation and refund policy
We want you to feel confident about shopping with inkanatural.com If you have a problem, or are unhappy with your purchase, then we will do our best to put the matter right.
You can return any product (to our address) within 30 days of placing your order as long as there is some material left in the original container. If you have purchased several containers of any one product, not more than one container must be opened and the remainder returned intact. We will replace the item or give you a full refund, at your choice. All we ask is that you tell us why you are dissatisfied so that we can make any necessary changes to avoid future dissatisfaction.
If the goods are faulty or do not comply with the contract between us, we'll also refund the cost of your return postage; otherwise we do not pay the postage costs associated with returning an order. This does not affect your statutory rights - the Distance Selling Regulations allow you to return any order for a full refund within 7 days of receiving them. You must look after the goods and return them to us, unopened and in good condition.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability to you for breaking any of these Terms and Conditions is limited to refunding any money you've already paid for items that you haven't received or that you've returned within the agreed time scales and in the required condition. We won't be liable for any other loss or damages, unless the loss or damages are caused by our negligence or our breach of these terms and conditions.
We do not accept liability for any errors and omissions and reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions. We will endeavour to do our best to correct errors and omissions as soon as practicable after we become aware of them. We shall be under no obligation to dispatch an order for a product which has been advertised at an incorrect price but we shall give you the option to either cancel the order or confirm the order at the correct price.
