How to use
Adults: use 60 gr. (4 tablespoons) per kg. in your favorite recipe, ideal for preparing shakes, ice creams, yogurts, desserts, fine and exotic foods. We recommend taking 15 g (approximately 1 1/2 tablespoons) per day, with beverages, desserts.
Children: 10g. or 1 tablespoon per day with beverages or desserts.
