economic deliveries. After dispatching your order, we

a confirmation email with your tracking code (ex:

Urgent deliveries can be tracked by telephone or by the express courier
website. Economic deliveries could be tracked
within your national post company (available only where
national post companies recognize the tracking code). Here below you will find

you can visit their website to inform you or track your
order (with your tracking code):

Advises to consider:
1. Your order is shipped in a box, which normally does not fit into
standard mailboxes, so if you are not at home at the moment
of the delivery, the postman will leave a note to pick up the package at
the nearest post or courier office. In that case, please do
it as fast as you can, because parcels are stored for 15
days and then return to the sender.
2. Delivery times depend on the type of service: urgent
deliveries takes from 5 - 8 days and economic from 20 to 25
