We send the orders in one day and with an international tracking code. After dispatching your order, we send, by email, a tracking code (ex:  RR210387940PE). Every delivery is by airway therefore the delivery time is short. An average of 7 days (exceptionally it could take a maximum of 14 days) for all countries.

You can track your order, asking by telephone or internet to your national postal service. They receive (two days after the dispatching) and are in charge of delivering your order to your house.

Advises to take into account:

1. Your order is shipped in a box, which normally does not fit into standard mailboxes, so if you are not at home at the moment of the delivery, the postman will leave a note to pick up the package at the nearest post.

2. Your order is shipped by air. The delivery time, for any country, is normally  7 days. Exceptionally (in circumstances out of our control), it could take 7 more days. If you don't receive your order in that maximum time, please contact-us
